We are a fast-growing, high-performance digital marketing agency, working with some of South Africa’s leading financial services companies. We specialise in driving revenue and ROI through digital advertising strategies.

We’re looking for a **Digital Advertising Specialist** to join our in-person team in **Sandton**. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and knows how to turn ad spend into measurable business growth.

**Role Description**
**This is a full-time, in-office position located in Sandton.** The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to generate high-quality leads, maintain strong ROI, and support strategic marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:

- Develop and execute high-performing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, DV360, and LinkedIn
- Monitor daily performance metrics and campaign pacing to ensure targets are met
- Conduct performance audits and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns with strategic recommendations
- Manage ad budgets, ensuring optimal spend and maximum returns
- Generate reports with actionable insights and present campaign results to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, creative, and analytics to meet client objectives
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and digital innovations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when required
- Maintain strong relationships with platform partners and external vendors

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven experience in performance marketing and media buying
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights from data
- In-depth knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more
- Ability to draft and present professional performance reports
- Confidence in communicating with executive stakeholders and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with precision

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising or paid media roles
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Financial services or high-performance industry experience is an advantage
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and Google Analytics certifications are advantageous

Pay: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
