**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
Responsible for various ministry, outreach, and teaching aspects in the life of the school. This person will be involved in expressing the school’s mandate of influencing youth towards discipleship in Christianity.
- Relevant Certification in Theology Studies
- Youth Ministry and mentorship - 2 years
- Work in a discipleship team

**The responsibilities are**:
**Ministry development**
- Using various platforms to build relationships with learners, staff, and parents to fulfil the school’s mandate.
- Being involved in strategies for more significant ministry in the school.
- Development and discipleship of girls in the Preparatory and College.
- Planning and leading ministry events which include teaching, facilitating discussion groups, serving prayer times, and counselling, as well as organizing and running logistics of said events.
- One-on-one meetings with people for counselling purposes.
- Planning, leading, and facilitating elements in the Outreach team and cocurricular.
- Planning and leading mission and outreach trips into different cultural settings.

**Teaching of ministry**
- Involved in planning and teaching Worldview classes in the College, being able to engage students in difficult questions.
- Involved in the planning and teaching of Grow in Christ classes in the Preparatory.
- Training teachers using the Outreach programme.
