You will oversee the daily operations of the store and will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.

**Core Responsibility**:
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel

Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance

Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency

Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget

Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation

Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise

Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays

Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store

Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts

Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines

The goal is to manage the store in ways that boost revenues and develop the business

**Education**:
Matric

National Diploma / Diploma (Business Administration) will be adv

Computer Literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS System

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience within a similar environment

Driver’s licence and own vehicle will be highly adv but not a must

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Track record of over-achieving sales quota

Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position with references

Basic salary on offer + commission

Knowledge of retail management best practices

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizing and leadership skills

Commercial awareness

Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles

Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)

Telephone Etiquette

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Customer service attitude and focus

Self-motivated and results driven

Professional personal presentation

Ability to multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R14 500,00 - R15 000,00 per month
