**About Us**: We Whiten is a vibrant company dedicated to making teeth whitening accessible to everyone.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Instagram Management**:

- Develop and curate engaging content for our audience.
- Monitor and interact with followers' comments, messages, and mentions.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with marketing objectives.

**2. Daily Messaging**:

- Send at least 100 messages daily across 3-4 company Instagram accounts.
- Engage with potential clients, partners, and influencers to build relationships and promote growth.

**3. Sales and Outreach**:

- Drive sales through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Achieve sales targets through a commission-based structure.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with Instagram.
- Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, features, and best practices.
- Excellent written English.
- Self-motivated with strong independent working skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous sales experience, particularly in cold calling, is a plus.
- Ability to work 6 days a week and efficiently manage multiple accounts.
