**Where You Fit In?**

To capture and control all incoming / outgoing bulk fuels and product movements within the depot / terminal and ensure the safe and efficient administration.

**What is the Role?**

You will report directly to the Terminal Manager and work very close with Terminal Operations team, Terminal Operations Supervisor, Supply Operations Team, Transporters, Order to Delivery (OTD), Finance, and Transport team.

Accountabilities:

- Confirm that truck loadings are entered correctly into the system (GSAP /FBS) and resolve any problems associated in this area
- Confirm HM loadings for inbound and outbound, i.e. record load figures of rail, road into FBS
- Verify and record the correct quantity of hydrocarbons leaving the depot / terminal, ensuring accurate loss control and duty recording compliance
- Create correct and accurate freight documentation for HM loadings and receipts
- Check actual quantities received against planned/loaded quantities and ensure that correct quantities are captured in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain a reconciliation with TFR to ensure all claims that is submitted are resolved within the agreed timeline.
- Compile the daily stock progression for SUPPLY for product replenishments
- Record all movements that are carried out at the depot / terminal into FBS
- Maintain terminal specific master data FBS, e.g. tanks, meters, presets and products
- Maintain reference density and temperature for products in GSAP and FBS
- Execute procurement activities, e.g. creating and approving of service entry sheets, recording receipt of materials, consumables and stationeries.
- Support TSR and operations is stock reconciliation process and investigations
- Create PR in GSAP as per terminal requirements and manage to close out.
- Manage BP recoveries
- Document management, and attend to document/record requests
- Compile and submit monthly accruals, HSSE KPIs
- Support monitoring daily stock levels at depots
- Support monitoring additive operation and stock levels at depots and inform parties accordingly in order to prevent additive stock outs.

**What We Need From You?**
- At least a Grade 12 Diploma/ Degree/ Certificate in business Administration or equivalent
- 3 Years Terminal Operations Admin experience in an Oil and Gas is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Accurate and careful ways of working
- Basic English language skills
