**JOB SUMMARY**

As the SAP Administrator your primary responsibility is to ensure that trucks are loaded/ offloaded and dispatched/ received effectively and efficiently in line with Ardagh and Westside requirements and ensure that stock dispatched and or received conforms to the BMWR.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)**

1 Ensure that ware is picked from the correct BIN.

2 Ensure that the quality of pallets picked and loaded meet the BMWR.

3 Ensure that the correct documentation is handed over to the Dispatch driver.

4 Ensure that stock is received correctly, and that received stock meets the BMWR

5 Team Management.

6 Ensure that HSE procedures are adhered to.

**Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Essential - Grade 12 (Matric)
- National Certificate (NQF 5) in Warehousing Operations - Advantageous.
- Experience in CONSOL’s systems and SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supervisory position.
- Own transport with a valid code 8 Drivers license or reliable transportation
- Proven work experience as Sap Admin, Dispatch Coordinator, or similar role.

**Skills and Inherent Requirements**
- Proficient in Office word and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Excellent organizing and Problem-solving skills.
- Reliability and dependability
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Ability to perform a variety of inventory control procedures.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and practices
- Own transport with a valid code 8 Drivers license or reliable transportation
- Must be physically fit and have a valid fitness to work certificate.
- Available to work extended hours.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bellville, Western Cape (City of Cape Town): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
