**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Driver’s License
- SAPS vetting (clear criminal record)
- 5 years’ experience in digital content creation and social media management, or similar role

**Advantageous**
- Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- A practiced and clear sense of effective creative visual design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design software.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to craft engaging and creative social media copy.
- Experience with video creation and editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to improve content performance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Willingness to travel for content creation and project needs (up to a week at a time).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

**The responsibilities are**:
**Content creation**
- Create original and visually appealing designs, graphics, and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Write engaging and compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency in voice and tone.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, design, and digital marketing to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Travel as needed to capture and create on-the-fly content for social media, providing a behind-the-scenes look at events, projects, and company activities.
- When traveling, assisting with other project needs as required.
- Conceptualise, develop and manage project branding.

**Online presence managed**
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Manage and oversee social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Analyse social media metrics and performance data to optimize content and strategy.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience to build a strong community.
- Create, organise and manage existing Curro Create YouTube channel.

**Reporting**
- Provide regular social media data reports to the portfolio manager as per agreed timelines

**Brand and corporate identity managed**
- Ensure the correct use of Curro Create CI (Corporate Identity) across all deliverables as per guidelines issued from the centralised marketing and communications team
- Review and manage a consistent approach throughout all tasks and deliverables
- Be a brand ambassador
- Ensure correct and relevant information is used

**Stakeholder relations**
- Professional image maintained
- Proactive and professional
- Assist and guide effective and improved processes
- Communications with internal and external stakeholders actioned daily / as required
- Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements with a positive and flexible attitude.
