Trafalgar Property Management is offering an exciting new opportunity as a **Maintenance tEAM Foreman** at a well-established HOA in Midrand

**Responsibilities include (but is not limited to)**
- General control over maintenance workers daily
- Carrying out of inspections of all work done on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required
- Oversees Ad-hoc projects e.g., Road repairs, infrastructure repairs, facility repairs.
- Compile required equipment inventory sheets and conduct inspections daily when signed out and signed in.
- Compiling required stock sheets and submitting them to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager for perusal
- Supervising of workforce daily ensuring work orders are carried out timeously and efficiently.
- Providing feedback in terms of all Ad-hoc to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager daily.
- Informing the Maintenance and Facilities Manager of any/all stock that are running low at least a week prior.
- Providing accurate reconciliations of all stock once a month and handing it in to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager
- Do daily checks of informed facilities and vehicles and handing reports in to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager
- Ensures all Occupational Health and Safety standards and practices are followed and implemented by the maintenance team.
- Management of fuel run for operational vehicles, cards and slips and handing in to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager
- Ensures that all parks infrastructure/estate facilities are maintained to the required standards prescribed by the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
- Conducts a Daily inspections of the Clubhouse toilets/play area/parks.
- Identifies ongoing maintenance needs on a daily basis.
- Responds to all maintenance and repair requests in respect of the facilities.
- Do a weekly inspection of the estate bakkie and hand relevant documentation to your Maintenance and Facilities Manager
- Accepts responsibility for the daily maintenance by the Maintenance and Facilities Manager
- Identify and propose ad hoc projects to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager for approval.
- Maintain an inventory on all equipment and tools.
- Ensure that OHS guidelines are complied with.

**Minimum requirements**
- Atleast 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in Maintenance
- Advanced computer literacy
- Matriculation
- Own transport
