**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
Source leads through various marketing channels including networking and making contact with the company’s existing client base
Contact property owners using the software provided to solicit property sales listings generating growth and increased market share
Visit potential properties for sale, arrange photographs to be taken and conduct an assessment in order to present the seller with a market valuation report
Promote sales of properties through marketing, open house days and multiple listing services with the assistance of the company’s marketing team
Represent the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers and present purchase offers to the sellers for consideration
Ensure that an agreement is made and a price accepted by both the buyer and the seller
Monitor pending sales and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, conveyancers, the buyers and the sellers
Keep up to date with market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and any other property related matters
**Skills**:
Knowledge of the PPRA Code of Conduct / Estate Agency Affairs Act
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong acquisition and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Attention to detail
Must be willing to work irregular hours
