**What will you do?**:
The Anti-Financial Crime Analyst is responsible for the operational day-to-day assessments, interactions, and reviews of customers.
- Handle new AML/Fraud triggers and alerts from start to end in real-time, including conducting detailed risk assessments, interacting and full audit logs.
- Periodic reviews and analysis of accounts that pose a higher risk, deciding next steps and full risk assessment notes.
- Handing PEPs and Sanctions checks, along with a full audit log and reasoning.
- Identifying fraud on accounts and suspending accounts where necessary.
- Identifying any risks associated with new users and handling them appropriately on a risk-based approach.
- Conducting EDD Reports on customers, with conclusions and decision-making.
- Escalation of high-risk accounts.

**Working Hours**:

- Requirement to work five days in seven
- 9 hour shifts between 9 am - 9pm BST time (With 1 hour lunch break)

**Expectations**:

- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Demonstrates the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently while upholding exceptional standards.

- Possesses the capability to process and interpret data, draw necessary conclusions and take corresponding actions.
- Displays robust verbal and written communication skills, facilitating seamless customer and colleague interaction.
- Quickly absorbs and applies information, showcasing the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Initiates identifying potential issues with customers or those at risk, addressing concerns before they escalate.
- Aligns well with the Midnite culture, excelling in collaboration within a small team dynamic.
