A well-known Cosmeceutical Skincare brand with a scientifically advanced cosmeceutical range, focused on the protection, correction and prevention of skin concerns for all skin types and conditions, are looking for a Skincare Representative and Sales Specialist.

**Application Requirements**:

- Somatology qualifications and experience of 3 years+
- Skincare Sales experience of 2 years+
- Willingness to travel is essential
- Outgoing personality
- Critical thinker
- Ability to work in a close team environment
- Treatment skills required: Facials, Facial Electrical, Micro-needling, Peeling
- Various Cosmeceutical skin care brand knowledge (advantageous)

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Developing targeted sales strategies to reach sales targets and to drive growth of new and existing business accounts.
- Actively seek and develop new business opportunities for our skincare brand via online platforms (e.g. Zoom), face-to-face, and in-clinic.
- Actively engage with, and champion new products and promotions at in-clinic events.
- Provide continuous brand and product training, support, and expertise to our clients.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure our clients receive the highest levels of service and to effectively manage any potential client issues within a timely manner.
- Ensure all admin related tasks both internal/external are carried out proficiently, professionally, and accurately and that all reports are submitted timeously.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our competitors.
- Weekly and monthly reporting to Managing Directors
- Assist in office where required

**Compensation**: Basic Salary (negotiable) + 25% Commission based on incremental growth over and above the allocated target (Targets are based on a 12-month rolling average

**Other incentives**: Potential quarterly incentive bonuses based on performance

**Working Hours**: 39 hours per week | Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 | Friday 08:00 - 15:00 | No weekends

**Position start date**: Immediate
