Our client is looking for a Director: IT Audit to play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of a high quality, accurate and timely professional service to the business by ensuring successful completion of assigned engagements inclusive of pre-planning and wrap up activities.
QUALIFICATION AND MEMEBERSHIP
B.Com (Auditing/Accounting/Finance) or B.Sc (Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems) or other relevant degree The following industry certification will be an advantage CISA or CISM or CISSP 12 years experience in Auditing / IT Auditing with a minimum of 8 at Senior Manager/ Associate Director Level
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
GROWTH AND SUSTAINABILITY
- Ensures the ongoing development and improvement of Company financial guidelines, regulations, principles and standards which ensure adequate control procedures and measures to effectively manage financial transactions.
- Drives growth and performance through affiliations and relationships with a diverse network and existing clients to anticipate demands and needs for development of new products and services.
- Researches insights on current and future economic behaviours to inform a strategy aimed at encouraging sound financial growth and sustainability.
- Models accountability for the achievement of financial targets in line with Company goals.
COST AND RESOURCE OPTIMISATION
- Conducts research into global, industry and technology trends for cost and resource optimisation tools, techniques and technology.
- Ensures the ongoing monitoring and redesign, when necessary, of the Company structure to support resource optimisation.
- Demonstrates personal accountability for the use and management of resources transparently and effectively.
CUSTOMER ORIENTATION
- Develops client-orientated products and services.
- Assesses the Company and its services, seeking ways to improve service delivery.
- Models and encourages a customer orientated team approach to providing outstanding high quality service to stakeholders.
BUILDING AND MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS

- Maintains all Continuous Professional Development hours as mandated by the relevant professional bodies.

- Provides direction through open communication of the Company goals and objectives which encourages shared ownership.

- Monitors and measures Company performance standards to establish performance patterns and direct strategy.
- Identifies and clearly communicates strategic performance objectives.

**Salary**: R150,000.00 - R160,000.00 per month
