Business Solution Leader Core Banking

As a Business Solution Consultant / Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving transformation projects in core banking and lending area. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their requirements and pain points. Leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in the banking industry, you will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative products and solutions that align with our organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehensively understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Translate complex business needs into well-defined product and solution designs.
- Utilize your deep industry knowledge to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose innovative products and solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Drive transformation projects that lead to operational excellence, enhanced customer experiences, and sustainable growth.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PHD is a plus.
- 5+ years of work experience in overseeing and driving digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector and proven track record of successful project execution and collaborative product development in the area of Core Banking or Lending.
- Deep Expertise in Core Banking.
- Strong Business Acumen paired with IT Solution Design skills.
- Business Fluent English.
