AllLife Life is looking for a talented, confident and passionate Retentions Consultant with extensive experience in retaining customers and delivering exceptional service

We are looking for a person who is able to gather information from the customer by asking probing questions related to the situation to gain the complete situation at hand in order to provide the best solution

As a retention specialist, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales / retention, be able to think on your feet with great negotiation skills. Ultimately, a top-class retention specialist is able retain customers by creating lasting bonds with them.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Matric

Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record

FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage

**Requirements**:
Must have minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in an outbound calling environment and experience in retaining and servicing customers

Individuals must have a successful and proven retentions track record, must be self-motivated, self-managed individuals.

Must have excellent communication skills, have the ability to influence and overcome objections successfully.

Must have own or reliable transport, will be required to work later shifts and alternative Saturdays.

Must have Matric, Clear Credit and Criminal Record
