**About the Role**

As a **Supply Chain Administrator**, you will help ensure that our students receive their materials on time, every time. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to solving problems within the supply chain team. This role also includes the pick and packer function.

**Responsibilities( not limited to)**:

- Manage daily picking slips and book parcels with couriers.
- Print and organize waybills and manifests while ensuring accuracy.
- Track parcels on courier platforms and manage unplanned packages.
- Load tracking numbers onto Filemaker Pro and monitor sent/unsent reports.
- Handle supply chain-related queries and prepare departmental reports.
- Track debit notes for disputed debit orders and review undelivered courier reports.
- Achieve weekly stock goals for all printed materials.
- Proactively maintain departmental machines.
- Keep the workspace clean and tidy, ensuring stock does not obstruct the workplace or impede others.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric certificate with an administration qualification or equivalent experience.

**Skills**
- Intermediate computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented, driven to improve processes, and reduce errors.
- A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

**Contract Details**
- **Duration**: 3 months fixed contract.
- **Salary**: R6,500 per month.
