**Introduction**
An international automotive manufacturer based in Pretoria, South Africa is currently recruiting for a Brand Marketing & Sales manager to manage the company's credit marketing team for**Purpose of the Role**
You will manage the Credit’s marketing strategy; establish strong working relationships with company’s Marketing Sales & Service organization, Dealer Council, and Dealer Advertising Fund. Develop 5-Year Business Plan, provide input into financial forecast, and manage daily workload of the Brand, Marketing and Sales team**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work in partnership with Sales Divisions on Credit friendly C&I programs to achieve budgeted objectives
- Manage relationship and integration of Banking sales team into Credit organisation
- Maximize synergies with automotive partners:
- Deploy shared objectives with MS&S and support development of optimal share model that delivers greatest corporate benefits from the virtuous circle.
- Support Ford's net revenue initiatives and aligned go to market strategies.
- Collaboratively develop C&I principles to improve brand health and Residual Values.
- Manage Dealer Council and Dealer Advertising Fund requests and issues effectively by leveraging cross functional teams within Credit to deliver enhanced products and services to dealer body.
- Execute Trade Cycle Management/ Options Strategy - collaboratively with the company’s Marketing and Sales team.
- Manage Retention and Renewals campaigns through Ri-gnr8 system.
- Gain alignment and implement sound business principles to ensure product viability and sustainability
- Communicate effectively with Credit teams to ensure alignment and progress towards Business Objectives /Dealer Advertising Fund / Dealer Council item deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with dealer representatives to support key initiatives.
- Promote employee training and development
- Ensure adherence to operational compliance and controls
- Deliver value added products and global process alignment
- Support community service and employee engagement and wellbeing
- Manage and support the team to deliver on the department’s strategic priorities and objectives

- Drive delivery of Simplify / Modernise opportunities
- Effectively manage Credit relationship with the dealer network and company team
**Minimum experience & qualifications required**
- Comm. Marketing, Accounting, or Management preferred
- 5-8 years Managerial experience in a Brand, Marketing, or Sales environment
- Experience of dealer vehicle sales operations is important
- Experience in operating mainframe systems and implementing projects
- Motor Industry knowledge is highly desirable
**Behavioural skills required**
- Customer orientated with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in pressurised environments
- Well-developed communication, presentation and computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assist with project management and implementation.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate at all levels (internally, internationally, as well as with dealer principals, attorneys, accountants, liquidators and regulatory authorities)
- Planning and organising work plan to ensure that goals, objectives, and commitments are met
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Critical and creative thinking mind-set
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements in appropriate support offerings.
