**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accountable for the smooth progression of projects through the various phases of the project lifecycle.**

- **Ensure any roadblocks to project progression are swiftly resolved, coordinating resolution actions between relevant parties.**

- **Identify and recommend ways in which the project management process could be improved or streamlined.**

- **Ensure project lifecycle process/policy documentation is regularly reviewed and updated as required. Create new/additional documentation where a need is identified.**

- **Ensure project quality control.**
***:

- **Facilitate client engagements were required.**
***:

- **Manage the project plan and the project budget and address deviations from budget.**
***:

- **Assist with the management of investment allocated to project.**

- **Knowledge and understanding of DevOps processes.**

- **Understanding of project management methodologies**

- **Engage effectively with internal teams.**

- **Resolve conflicts and obstacles to keep the project on track.**

- **Coordinate meetings between team members and monitoring their ongoing progress.**

- **Manage client's expectations though the Product Owners and Account Managers**

**Requirements**:

- **Extensive (10+ years) IT software project management experience**
***:

- **Technically savvy**
***:

- **Product development and system development lifecycle knowledge and experience**
***:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills**
***:

- **Financial and commercial skills**
***:

- **Experience in either insurance, pensions and/or health industry**
***:

- **Coordination and management ability**
***:

- **Excellent communication skills both written and oral**
***:

- **Organised, logical, methodical and deadline orientated.**
***:

- **Driven and self-motivated**
***:

- **Excellent problem
- solving skills, good negotiator and able to influence outcomes of client interfaces.**

- **Can handle conflict.**
***:

- **Experience with project management tools, e.g., MS project, SAFe**

- **Results orientated, resilient and able to multi-task effectively.**
