**The Role**

This is a great time for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join the team, as there are several extremely interesting projects in the pipeline and the successful Technical Consultant will have the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will work on multiple implementations for new and existing clients.

If you can successfully manage multiple complex projects at the same time, you’ll do well in this role. You’ll work with a variety of clients, teams and data sets and we’ll count on your organization and commitment to perfection. You know that one small mistake can disrupt results. Fortunately, you have an eye for the smallest details and a talent for flawless execution. You’re process-oriented and great at documentation - talents critical for this role.
- Be the main technical contact for new clients as they implement solutions and provide answers to detailed technical questions
- Pro-actively identify ways of improving the implementation processes and documentation
- Support and provide training to both customers and the rest of the team

**Skills and Experience**
Experience implementing, configuring and supporting any Talent Management, Learning management or Talent Acquisition Systems
- Experience of working directly with clients to understand requirements and implement technical solutions - ideally via remote communication such as Web and Tele conferencing and face to face
- Advanced IT system skills.
- Sound knowledge of report writing tools (ideally Cognos).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, HTML SFTP
- Ability to write simple SQL Queries
- Experience using Azure DevOps,Trello or similar project management tools
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
