**Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**: Schedule, train, and evaluate team.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure high satisfaction and resolve issues.
- **Sales & Inventory**: Drive sales, monitor performance, manage stock.
- **Store Operations**: Handle daily tasks, cash management, and maintenance.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Maintain store displays.
- **Reporting**: Track sales data and report to management.
- **Compliance & Loss Prevention**: Ensure safety regulations and minimize theft.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in clothing retail management.
- **Skills**: Leadership, customer service, sales, organization, and problem-solving.
- **Technical**: Proficient with retail software and POS systems.
- **Education**: High school diploma; retail management certifications a plus.
- **Flexibility**: Available for weekends and holidays.
