**Job Title**:Remote Recruitment Consultant

**Remuneration**:50% of placement fees

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and expand our client base through networking and cold outreach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful placements.
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fully equipped for remote work, including access to a laptop, cellphone, and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
