Human Capital Business Partner

Purpose of the role: To closely work with the business and assist in the formulation and drive to implement pro-active Human Capital strategies and interventions in line with the business objectives.
To support managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver, manage their people and implement change.

- People Management
You will need:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level qualification
- Business Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology or General Business Degree or equivalent NQF
- 5-7 years’ experience in a Human Resources or Management role
- Previous experience in a call centre advantageous
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
