**Job Description**:

- Systems and Data specialist work relating to the Risk Management Function and providing systems and data support to the wider Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) department which makes use of a single cloud-based platform to perform their respective duties.
- The above-mentioned group functions are performed for all the companies within the OUTsurance Group of companies.
- The risk management control function’s duties and responsibilities are stipulated in the Internal Controls System Policy.
- Admin and developer related tasks on the ReadiNow platform
- Configure integrations between the ReadiNow platform and the data warehouse etc.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret large sets of data using both SQL and Excel
- Use Excel to analyze and manipulate data, including creating pivot tables and charts
- Operational Losses SSAS data model development and deployment to report server
- Assist with monthly opportunity loss totals calculation
- Liaise with other departments including IT, Actuarial, Compliance, Quality Assurance and Internal Audit
- Create reports and visualizations to present data in a clear and meaningful way
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
- Provide support to team members and assist with any technical queries they might have

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Experience with T-SQL, including writing and maintaining complex queries and stored procedures
- Strong experience with Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

**Beneficial**:

- 3+ years of experience in a SQL and Excel Analyst role
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as SSRS and Power BI
- Experience working with SSAS data cubes and DAX queries
- Experience working with Python
- Any cloud-based technologies or Platform as a Service (PaaS) experience
