A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and are energized by challenges? We are looking for a **Senior Brand Design Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Bringing centralized/above-market oversight and resources, to ensure strategic coherence and more synergies across the portfolio offerings - Responsible for brand design and building, category growth strategy across Foods & Grains categories - This marketing leader will champion coordination with the SSA Design Director and Sector to Design - Supports brand equity, SOM and innovation agenda, including geo extensions across the region - Works closely with both the markets and the global functions to deliver brand activation and innovation plans that maximize leverage of global brand assets whilst identifying regional specifics needs and developing marketing solutions as needed - Leading the global creative development of PepsiCo SA comms specific to Foods & Grains - Responsible for Foods & Grains PepsiCo SA Innovation Strategy - Ensuring the future success of the brands through Design. Identifying growth opportunities and the consumer needs and bring design to market which drives price realization, NR and volume contribution for the total portfolio - Ensuring the future success of the Foods & Grains brands through Design - Unlocking Design solutions to drive expansion into market wide spaces - Developing multi-marketing, multi-brand media playbooks to deliver the strongest media plans to drive efficiencies and best practice Qualifications: **What will qualify you for the role** - 10 years’ experience in the field of Design and Communication Marketing with at least 3 years in a Senior Management role, likely within a creative agency context - 3 year tertiary qualification in the field of Marketing/Commercial or Business. (Honours degree would be advantageous) - Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign and Flash - Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media - Web design experience an advantage, especially using HTML5 and WordPress - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Extensive knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing - Good comfort level interacting with Senior Leaders and industry professionals - Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management and leadership - Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
