- The Rental Agent will be responsible for sourcing opportunities and building relationships with clients and landlords.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Grow the portfolio by increasing rental stock Increase rentals in managed buildings
Maintain and handle all rental contracts and agreements
Maintain customer rental files, fees and payments
Client Focused Time management Management of Renewals and Tenants Account queries
Conduct detailed inspections
Specific Requirements Senior Certificate and must be registered as a Full Status Agent (NQF4) at the EAAB
3 Years residential property rental administration Own transport and driver’s license essential

- Energetic Computer literate (Excel/Word/MS Office/Pastel)- Excellent communication skills Keen sense of marketing and the market- Proven organisational and administration skills (Verbal and Written)- Able to perform under pressure Customer service orientated- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Responsible, accountable and dedicated- Be able to work independently- Well spoken and presentable (professional)- Fast learner- Must be able to communicate at any level and working within a fast paced environment**What Qualification**
