Provides research support to the Meat Technology
- Department of Agriculture (DoA) Funded Project
- Must be a registered MTech/MSc student.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and project team members within the project.
- Disseminate project results and findings through scientific, popular and peer reviewed publications and attend conferences
- Participate in stakeholder and sectional meetings, relevant seminars and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with applicable OHS, GMP and Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Advanced Diploma/Honours Degree in Food Science and Technology.
- 1 year experience will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated capacity to conduct research at postgraduate level.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be a South African citizen.
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
