This position will oversee and manage all aspects of the day-to-day training activities and ensure the overall satisfaction and safety of all learners.

Key responsibilities:

- Planning and managing the day-to-day requirements of the training courses presented by the academy.
- Manage and supervise lecturers to ensure efficient delivery of services to learners.
- Ensure that all training services are delivered in compliance with industry specific standards.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to improve training services quality and learner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Catering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless service delivery to the learner.
- Develop and deploy training programs for Lecturers to enhance service delivery to learners.
- Manage and control the budget for services including expenses on catering and training equipment and programs.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements for on campus and off campus learners.
- Manage on campus and off campus medical emergencies and security incidents if required.
- Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders.
- Monitor performance of learners to identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the lecturers.
- Act as the point of communication with learners to manage and resolve complaints and problems in a timeous manner.

**Requirements**:
Grade 12

Computer literate with experience in MS Office.

Knowledge of aviation industry regulatory requirements will be advantageous.

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in the aviation industry.

Strong leadership and management skills with experience managing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Flexibility to work irregular hours.

**Salary**: From R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Benoni, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
