**Job Opportunity: Frontliner at Specsavers Westville Junction (KZN)**
Specsavers Westville Junction is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused frontliners to join our dynamic team. We have immediate vacancies for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Handling inquiries and providing information on optical products and services
- Processing payments and managing billing transactions
- Maintaining accurate patient records
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or optometry setting is an advantage

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:
- Matric / High school diploma or equivalent (essential)
- Certificate or training in customer service, healthcare administration, or related fields (preferred)
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of optical terminology and products (or willingness to learn)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
**Key Responsibilities Knowledge**:
- Greeting and registering patients upon arrival
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Assisting with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing
- Answering phones and handling inquiries professionally
- Explaining optical products and services to patients
- Maintaining patient records accurately and confidentially
**Personal Attributes**:
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Strong sense of accountability and teamwork
- Ability to maintain a calm and composed attitude under pressure
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Previous retail or Optometric experience beneficial
- Must have a bubbly personality and work well in a close**_-_** knit team
- Should be able to work well under pressure
- Computer literate/Calico experience will be beneficial
- Salary negotiable according to experience
- Working hours: Mall hours
