**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the procurement, storage, and dispensing of medications in line with SAPC and legal standards.
- Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to optimize patient medication therapy.
- Monitor prescriptions, identify interactions, and ensure accuracy in dispensing.
- Provide clinical advice and training to healthcare staff on medication safety.
- Maintain up-to-date pharmacy records and ensure adherence to hospital policies.
- Contribute to quality assurance and cost-effective medication management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting (rehabilitation experience advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

License/Certification:

- SAPC registration (required)
