**Who we are looking for**:
**What will you do**:

- The Product Offering Manager is the link between the source factories and the Africa Sales and Marketing team to ensure smooth business processes. He/she will work closely with the Product Marketing team, on structuring the Product Offering, keeping prices and costs up to date, and align with the brands and source factories regarding the product updates.
- Create and maintain Product configurations for the full Massey Ferguson and Valtra (Brazil Source) product portfolio offered in Africa.
- Maintain Product Configurations and Offering documentation.
- Price list production and release.
- Update and maintain Distributor discounts and accruals.
- Collaborate in daily activities with the Africa Sales and Marketing team and all relevant source factories world-wide.
- Troubleshoot any upcoming issues with order generation and processing.

**What will you bring**:

- In depth SAP experience in product configuration.
- PC Skills and proficiency in MS Office suite are essential.
- Good negotiation skills combined with a confident personal presence.
- Good understanding of AGCOs product offering, and product structures would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills across the full scope of the organisation including other countries and cultures.

**A plus if you have**:

- Able to manage a large amount of sensitive data under time pressure.
- Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English, another prime language would be a benefit.
