This opportunity is perfect for a Qualified Motor Technician eager to step into a Foreman role and with a genuine passion for motorcycles. Our distinguished client, a luxury motorcycle brand, is in search of an organized, knowledgeable and passionate Motorcycle Workshop Foreman to take on the responsibility of overseeing labour sales, workshop planning, ensuring good workshop housekeeping, supervising and training Technical staff, managing work In progress, management reports, attend to escalated technical problems and above all ensuring exemplary customer service, all while maximizing service sales and profitability, thus we are seeking a Qualified Motor Technician with some supervisory experience in a franchised dealership and a valid motorcycle license. (Above 125cc) to join this prestigious team.

**Job Requirements**
Must be a Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician

A valid Motorcycle Drivers License (non-negotiable)

Must have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a franchised motor dealership (Motorcycle dealership preferred)

Supervisory/Foreman experience in a Workshop (Highly advantageous)

Basic diagnostic experience

Understanding of Motorcycle Mechanics

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

A stable track record

Reliable and contactable references
