Software Tester/verifier

**Required outputs**:
**Functional**
- Interact with development teams to develop a strong understanding of the product and testingobjectives.
- Conduct software functions and changes implemented.
- Attend software review meetings of functions implemented and changes made.
- During the development process: Test firmware informally with designers to trap programming errorsbefore software is finalised and released.
- During formal testing: Design test cases to uncover software errors.
- Verify correct implementation of software and produce reports on the test results.
- Ensure functional coverage in tests.
- Prepare test plans, test procedures and reports on test results.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Qualifications and expertise required (Must)**
- B.Eng. (Electronics) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or Equivalent.
- 3 years’ work experience in development role with at least 2 years’ experience in thesoftware testing field.
- Solid understanding of software quality assurance and processes.
