**Primary Duties**:

- Assist with data capturing of sewer and water network data given
- Gather information from all relevant sources including field work and desk research (Capturing of

Job Cards).
- Identify information by categorizing, recognising differences or similarities, and detecting

changes in circumstances or events (Pump Hour Readings and Sumps Levels Readings)
- Scheduling Meetings as per Section Engineer instructions
- Meeting Minutes Taker.
- Assisting on Planning, Organizing and Monitoring of Maintenance Materials and equipment

reservations daily.
- Comply with SHEQ policies and procedures as determined by the OHS Act including ISO9001

quality standards.
- Safety and good housekeeping.

**Knowledge**:

- MS Office package
- Data Capturing
