**Maintaining Voice Infrastructure ( For L2 Resource )**
1. Configuring and maintaining Avaya Communication Manger 6.x 7.x & 8.x
2. Configuration and Maintainence of Avaya System Manager \Session Manager
3. Configuring and maintaining Media Gateways (G650) & (G450)
4. Configuring and maintaining Cards like CLAN, DS1, IP Media Processor, IPSI and VAL etc.
5. Upgrading the Cards to New available firmware version
6. Maintaining & troubleshooting SBC’s like Avaya SBC ,ACME & Cisco Cube
7. Maintaining & Troubleshooting of Avaya Call Management System (CMS)
8. Maintaining & Troubleshooting of AES.Generating reports in Avaya CMS
9. Generating reports in Avaya CMS & Rebooting the CMS
10. Working experience of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) in the call centers and Brief knowledge of ARS, AAR, Dial plan etc.
11. Configuring, Maintaining and Trouble shooting of Vectors, VDNs, Trunk groups, Hunt groups
12. Generating the BCMS reports
13. Installing tools like Avaya site administration, CMS supervisor, IP VAL Manager, etc.
14. Administration & Trouble shooting of Verint Voice Logger and Screen Recorder
15. Creating & managing announcements
16. VOIP, H.323 Protocol, SIP, Audio Codecs Alaw, Mulaw and G.7XX Series
17. Maintaining & troubleshooting of Avaya IP and SIP phones
18. Configuring, Maintaining and Trouble shooting of AES
19. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Avaya Experience Portal (AEP) & Cisco CVP
**Maintaining Voice Infrastructure (For L3 Resource)**
**Roles and Responsibility**
1. Need to maintain the team and help them to maintain BAU
2. Need to co-ordinate with Vendors for New requirements and Escalations
3. Go on call with client \Operations for any new requirements & information gathering and provide solutions for their requirements
4. Support Team and work on L3 related issues and requirements
**Technical expertise required.**
