**Salary**: R10 000 - R25 000 based on experience

**About the role**

Shopfrunt is a leading provider of bespoke shopfitting and interior solutions, transforming retail and commercial spaces through innovative design, expert craftsmanship, and end-to-end project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery
- Operate power tools and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently
- Cut materials accurately according to cutting lists and drawings
- Perform high-quality on-site installations
- Lead small teams and ensure daily progress is made
- Maintain communication with project and production teams
- Ensure the workshop is clean, organised, and safe
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and deadlines
- Keep and update a register of tools and company equipment
- (If applicable) Assist with spray painting and surface finishing

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years carpentry or cabinet-making experience
- Able to read and interpret shop drawings and cutting lists
- Operate panel saws and woodworking machinery accurately
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Own reliable transport to and from work
- South African citizen or permanent resident only
- Honest, hardworking, reliable, and willing to work overtime
- Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and detail
- Able to manage small site teams and provide updates and feedback
- Able to think on their feet and solve problems on-site
- Maintain a clean workshop and keep a register of tools and company equipment
