- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and health and safety standards specific.
- Regularly review and remain compliant and up to date on company HR policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns promptly and fairly.
- Mediate disputes and grievances between employees and management to maintain relations and minimize work disruptions.
- Partner with site HR (P.E.) and departmental managers to identify workforce needs to ensure an effective succession and staffing plan.
- Follow standardised onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the working environment.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.
- Manage the employee performance review process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Requirements to succeed in the position.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar HR Management role, where you were responsible for managing a team.
