The purpose of this role will be to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and production line to ensure efficient and effective production processes. Their primary goal is to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure the safety of workers while maximizing productivity and minimizing costs.

**Minimum Requirements;**

Min. 2 years Supervisory experience in a Dairy or FMCG Manufacturing environment

Fluent in English - Read, Speak and Write

Must be able to work under pressure.

Basic HR knowledge

Must be good with numbers

**Salary**:R8 - R13k (depending on experience)
