Sales Coordinator

Grow sales through constant Customer interaction; costing ofbuilding plans and issuing Customers with accurate quotations. Ensuring thatall housekeeping and merchandising standards are maintained at all times.Ensuring a cost effective and efficient delivery service.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 plus 5 (five) years related experience or a minimum of 10 (ten)years’ work related experience
- Plan reading experience would be advantageous
- Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken inthe geographical area where the position is available.
- Above average numeric skills
- Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Must be computer literate
- Proven strong organising, planning and delegation skills

**Customer Service**
- Effective Customer Service Desk Management
- Record, follow up and resolve Customer Complaints
- To ensure an efficient Customer Service at alltimes (all Customers are attended to)
- Telephone etiquette (to ensure that all calls areanswered within the required time)

**Store Standards**
- Effective management of the Ready for BusinessChecklists andprocesses with regards to area of responsibility and those ofthe
- General Assistant, Sales Advisors and Forklift Drivers.
- Price changes to be implemented in line withadvertised prices.
- Implementation of planograms

**People Management**
- Ensure that all General Assistants, Sales Advisorsand Forklift Drivers are present and available in their area of responsibilityin order to assist Customers and perform all their responsibilities
- Ensure General Assistants, Sales Advisors and ForkliftDrivers have a trained backup available.
- Ensure General Assistants, Sales Advisors andforklift Drivers execute their daily duties (Ready for Business and Beyond myControl)

**Safety (OHSA) Requirements**
- Ensure that safety standards are adhered to
- Ensure Employees under control of Sales Coordinatorwear correct protective clothing and safe use of equipment.

**Security Awareness**
- Be aware of any suspicious people and / oractivities in and outside the Store.
