ICG Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join the team based in our office located in Tygerfalls, Bellville, Cape Town.
- Carry out credit control duties on ICG Medical’s temporary contracts and perm ledgers with responsibility for 120+ accounts across the group.
- Send copies of invoices and account statements to debtors in order to progress invoices to payment.
- Allocation of payments and credit notes where necessary on Navision Dynamics.
- Liaise with payroll and the sales teams relating to invoice disputes e.g. rate differences and processing of hours for invoicing.
- Manage the Aged Debtors list and escalate accounts as and when necessary.
- Carry out reconciliations on accounts following receipt of payments to ascertain reason for differences, under/over payments - self bill accounts
- Endeavour to reduce the DSO for each client by means of securing timely payment of every invoice.
- Build rapport with debtors and maintain relationships to facilitate prompt payment of invoices.

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Strong & articulate communicator
- Ability to meet deadlines & work in a fast-paced environment
- Credit control experience within a fast moving recruitment agency would be highly advantageous, but not essential
- Competent with MS office
