**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|** **About the role**
- We are in need of a experienced Accounts Payable Clerk - 6 Months Temp (maternity leave Cover) to join our team at Exclusive Networks Africa in Cape Town, must have attention to detail and accuracy, computer Literate (Excel, outlook, Sage Evolution)_
- This role will report to the Accounts Payable Manager_

**As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will**:

- Duties and responsibilities 1
- Maintain, Manage and Reconcile Supplier Invoices received from Multiply sources
- Month End creditor Reconciliations
- Capturing Cashbooks
- Resolve queries on creditor Accounts
- Distribution of Supplier Remittances
- Preparation of foreign and local payments

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** **About you**

- Intermediate to Advanced excel
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience
- Sage Evolution Experience Non-negotiable
- Bookkeeping/Accounting Qualification Advantageous
