Frontline Operator

We are a hair and beauty salon established since 2010, located in Table View.

We are seeking a presentable, self - assured frontline teller with a love for people, who is eager to take the lead and grow the division.

The owner offers a market related salary.

**Requirements**:
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

Grade 12 (matric)

Professional and Presentable

Previous experience in the below will be advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform reception duties with a friendly demeanor toward clients.
- Ensure new clients are added to Point of Sale system and marketing line
- Process product purchases and services rendered
- Operate cash register and manage customer databases.
- Maintain appointment calendars and update manager regularly.
- Escalate client complaints to the manager; non-compliance risks disciplinary action.
- Offer client care services, such as refreshments.
- Monthly equipment and towel checks; ensure towels are washed weekly.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas, restrooms, and kitchens.
- Gather client feedback.
- Ensure safety protocols, including locking doors and shutting off lights.
- Follow managers booking instructions diligently.

Job Specifications:

- Salary R6000-R7000 pm
- Travelling allowance
- Performance incentive

- Work days - 5 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
- Selected working days

Work Hours:

- Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)
- Saturdays (8am-4pm)

Pay: R6 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
