We are seeking a proactive and experienced Estate Manager/Caretaker to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of a residential estate. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day estate operations and administration
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance tasks
- Liaise with service providers and monitor vendor performance
- Assist with budgeting, financial oversight, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and estate rules
- Provide professional support to residents and foster community engagement
- Maintain records, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Submit monthly operational and fines reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in estate or property management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle admin, maintenance coordination, and resident relations
- Knowledge of relevant compliance and safety standards

**Compensation**: Negotiable

Pay: Up to R7 500,00 per month

Work Location: In person
