The national sole distributor of a specialised and widely used product, needs a experienced Sales Executive to join their ever growing team based in Johannesburg.

A valid Drivers License as well as own reliable vehicle is a requirement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 5 years working experience in the sales and marketing field
- Any experience in the construction industry will be advantageous
- Matric is a minimum requirement
- Sales and Marketing NQF 5-6 will be advantageous
- Strong computer literacy including MS Excel, MS Word and CRM experience

**Skillset required**:

- Strong planning and managing of time, orders and clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A strong focus on Customer Service Excellence
- Knowledge of / Experience in Pastel Accounting
- Knowledge of / Experience in CRM Software
- Development and Application of Marketing Strategies and Sales Techniques
- Business to Business Sales knowledge
- Construction sector trends knowledge and experience
- Customer Retention Principles focused
- Excellent with retaining product knowledge
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- The ability to implement growth plans
- Understanding of managing opportunity pipelines and hit-rates and how to sell holistic solutions

**Duties will include**:

- Sales: Searching for new business and sales, promoting and selling to new and existing clients, following up on leads
- Developing and Implementing the sales strategy
- Ensuring a strict turnaround time is achieved
- Quoting
- Tenders
- Reporting weekly and monthly
- Client Service
- Assisting National Branches with queries
- General Admin duties such as filing, document management, reporting etc
- Communication with clients regarding payment terms, delivery times and installation times
