Claims Consultant

**Purpose of the position**:
To capture and process motor and non-motor claims.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture and underwrite motor and non-motor claims
- Manage client’s expectations and validate claims in a timely manner
- Deal with client queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values
- Arrange and manage car hire for customers
- Book vehicle assessments
- Arrange and manage towing of vehicles
- Manage the repairs process of vehicles

**Requirements**:

- Currently residing in KZN or willing to relocate
- Short term insurance claims experience would be advantageous
- RE qualification would be advantageous
- Commercial experience/credits would be advantageous
- Sotho and or Afrikaans speaking would advantageous
