**Operations Trainer**

The ideal Trainer will coordinate training activities that will help optimize our human capital. They will have experience in develop training material, processes, conducting product and systems training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development as well as various teaching methods. They must be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent communication skills.

The key focus areas for this role are.
- On-boarding training - the delivery of product and technical training to new employees into the business.
- Refresher training - product and technical refresher training, including up-skilling and cross-skilling.
- Assessments - carrying out product and technical skills assessments following the delivery of training.
- Administration - maintaining accurate records for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Processes Development - Drafting of internal processes.

The goal is to maximize the value of our training that will assist in business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Training/Coaching of all new and existing staff.
- Training of external parties.
- Design training modules using role-playing activities and job simulation.
- Develop training materials/tools, including presentations.
- Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement across operational business units.
- Assist in the development and integration of policies.
- Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.
- Maintain updated records of modules and training materials.
- Assist in overall productivity, performance, and transformation outputs.
- Adhere to service level agreements and quality standards

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ proven experience in the operational environment.
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate.
- A relevant higher national certificate or diploma in training and development experience required
- Computer literacy (MS Office) at an intermediate to advanced level - particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Excellent communication, administrative, consulting and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and a methodical approach.
- A professional approach with a solution focussed orientation.
- Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
- Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities

**Remuneration: R15-20k**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
