**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with international level customers attending to flight, hotel and transport bookings and changes, fare rules and ticketing.

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in airline booking reservation, hotel Reservations and / or car Rentals
- Must have experience on GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Pegasus or Galileo)
- Inbound call center or travel agency will be an advantage
- Matric
- Clear criminal record & credit record
- Ability to work rotational shifts (7am - 6am)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R9,500.00 per month
