**Responsibilities**:

- Operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls in a professional manner
- Floors and equipment fault reporting and monitoring.
- Assist with mailing, copying, filing and distributing documents in a prompt, clear and confidential manner.
- Maintain detailed records.
- Assist with data capturing from time to time.
- Any other tasks as requested by senior management.
- Manning the reception desk.
- Management of Boardroom Bookings and setup
- Accurate and Timeous management of parcels by notifying staff.
- Administration and allocation of access cards
- Prepare and submit invoices for payment
- Events and Transport coordination
- Assist with office stock orders

**Minimum requirements**:

- Secretarial / Office administration qualification
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Background in Office operations / Office management/ Switchboard

- Fully Bilingual advantageous

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
