Plumbing Controller

We’re a fast-paced, emergency-driven plumbing company operating 24/7 to serve our community. We're looking for a **seasoned Control Room Controller** who thrives under pressure and understands the urgency of emergency response environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage all incoming emergency and routine service requests via phone, radio, or digital platforms.
- Dispatch plumbing teams efficiently, ensuring rapid response to high-priority jobs.
- Track and record job status updates and technician availability in real time.
- Maintain control room operations and ensure clear, accurate communication across all shifts.
- Liaise with clients, field teams, and management to coordinate effective service delivery.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to supervisors and ensure proper handovers between shifts.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **5+ years’ experience** in a control room or similar high-pressure, real-time coordination environment.
- Proven ability to manage crisis scenarios and make split-second decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and experienced in dispatch or job-tracking systems.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

**Preferred (Advantageous) Experience**:

- Exposure to the **plumbing**, facilities management, or technical services industry.
- Previous work in **emergency response environments** such as utilities, security, ambulance dispatch, or firefighting control rooms.
