_Fixed Locum Doctor in Bryanston_
- We are looking for a doctor who is interested in the rehabilitation of _**back and neck conditions**_. Join our multidisciplinary practice in _**Bryanston**_. _
- We are looking for a fixed locum doctor for _**2 days per week **_(depending on patient load), a _**minimum of 6 hours per day**_. You must have a strong interest in back and neck conditions, be able to work seamlessly with other clinicians (biokineticists and physiotherapists) and have a genuine passion and empathy for patients with acute and chronic conditions._

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Comprehensive understanding of Back and Neck related conditions.
- Chronic disease & pain management.
- Men’s and Women’s Health.
- Always Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with the POPI Act.
- Collecting, recording, and maintaining sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
- Explaining procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
- Liaising with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
- Promoting health education in conjunction with other health professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of residency training (Essential) - Preferably with 2-3 years of post-community service experience.
- Valid and up-to-date medical license registration with HPCSA (Essential).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Charismatic and dynamic personality.
- Demonstrated outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills.
- Proven capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate nature with the innate ability to put patients at ease.
- Proficient in treating common clinical presentations and managing various ailments.
- Technologically adept, with proficiency in navigating online billing systems (Training available).

**Working Hours**:

- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Minimum 4 to 6 hours, excl. lunch hour - hours may increase depending on patient load

**Remuneration to be discussed during the interview process.**
