**Join this dynamic in-house Clothing Manufacturing Division of this established Clothing concern. My client requires a Senior Clothing Production Planner, someone systems/process driven (Sync), who will challenge efficiencies and oversee and assist when necessary with the following.**
- **Job Description**_
- Raising, amending and approving product PO's.
- Allocating of fabrics to be cut per job.
- Loading and amending of contracts and orders.
- Creating new jobs/cost cards.
- Fixing line items in Bill of Material.
- Pre-production.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of production board, including aligning Sync with board on an on-going basis.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and operates effectively under pressured time constraints.
- Sample co-ordination.
- Capacity planning and monitoring.
- CMT communication.
- Fabric delivery monitoring.
- Replanning pull forwards, roll out sand extensions.
- Driving of production meetings.
- General Administration.
- Ensure consistent approach is used across department for admin.
- **Key Requirements**_
- Diploma in Clothing Production Management or similar or BCom Degree.
- Work experience in an ERP system or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience as a Clothing Production Planner.
- Worked as a Production Planner for an established clothing manufacturer either in a Design/Clothing/Textile warehouse or factory.
- A solid working knowledge of fabric and trims procurement and supply chain management.
- A solid working knowledge of manufacturing critical path management.
- Strong organisational ability and able to cope under pressure.
- Articulate, good written and verbal skills.
