Gaming Technician

**Our successful Gaming Technicians **
- are familiar with and have experience in maintaining a wide range of **electronic gaming machines**
- find faults using **diagnostics**
- **clean and replace** equipment and peripheral devices
- quickly analyse and solve **equipment maintenance problems, **including **online/offline **systems
- respond **promptly, positively and diplomatically** to customers
- implement **gaming machine moves and conversions**
- proactively **identify potential equipment maintenance problems** and take the necessary action to ensure **zero preventable equipment downtime**
- keep accurate and up-to-date **maintenance records**
- work as part of a team or individually to deliver **high quality **standards consistently and accurately.

If you have these **qualifications**, join our team: Matric (NQF 4) with mathematics and science, ND: Electrical Engineering or N6 Electronics or Basic Electronics competency from the Tsogo Sun Academy; a minimum of one year’s working experience in a casino technical environment
